Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a product roadmap focusing on innovation, optimization, and modernization Build and maintain a vision for products while collaborating closely with development and UX teams Take ownership of product performance and ensure a positive client experience Act as a thought leader, engaging in writing and speaking at industry events Align cross-functional stakeholders to the product strategy, vision, and roadmap

Qualifications

Typically, 6+ years of Product Management experience Expert-level Product Management Professional Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science preferred or equivalent experience Experience in fintech with a focus on tax & accounting SaaS products Proven ability to work in cross-functional, matrixed environments to drive product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects utilizing AI, ML, Gen AI, RPA, and other technologies Proven high-energy and highly collaborative leadership approach
