Probo Medical is a diagnostic imaging sales and service provider delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare products and services worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the optimization and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce environment. This role involves evaluating system configuration, architecture, and performance while driving user adoption and operational efficiency. Open to remote or onsite Tampa, FL based candidates. Responsibilities
Provide Salesforce architecture recommendations for a complex environment to stabilize and optimize the platform. Drive the integration with our ERP solution to decouple functionality currently housed in Salesforce. Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user account management, security settings, and data integrity. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business needs. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stability. Implement data management best practices, including deduplication and data cleansing. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and capabilities and recommend improvements. Assist in system integrations with third-party applications and other business platforms. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security protocols. Requirements
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce Product Owner certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator) preferred. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and management. Experience with Salesforce integration, primarily with ERP and Business Intelligence solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, workflows, process automation, and data structures. Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including Data Loader and third-party applications. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in training and supporting end-users in a professional setting. Preferred Education and Experience: Salesforce Product Owner certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator), preferred. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products. Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Pardot). Extensive knowledge of ERP functionality (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Sage Intacct). Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Travel
