Overview Employer Industry: Software and Fintech Solutions for Service Industries

What to Expect

Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, driving communication on strategic initiatives

Coordinate and lead large-scale projects, managing the complete portfolio of services within the customer base

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and journey

Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and monitor account health

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth and upsell opportunities

What is Required

Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry is essential

Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer base

Extensive experience developing and managing complex customer relationships

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences

Strong problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution skills

How to Stand Out

Experience in industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security) is a plus

Project Management (PMP) or related certifications

ITIL Certifications
