Responsibilities

Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, driving communication and alignment on strategic initiatives

Coordinate and lead large-scale, complex projects, managing the complete portfolio of services and purchases within the customer base

Proactively identify strategic opportunities to enhance customer relationships and journeys

Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, monitoring potential churn risks and mitigation strategies

Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams on growth opportunities

Qualifications

Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry

Extensive experience with SaaS and project methodologies

Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer base

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences

Strong problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within specific industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)

Project Management (PMP) or other related certifications

ITIL Certifications
