What to Expect (Responsibilities)

Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, aligning on strategic initiatives

Coordinate and lead complex projects, managing the complete portfolio of services within the customer base

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and journey

Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and monitor churn risks

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth areas and upsell opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry

Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer base

Solid understanding of customer service and experience managing complex customer relationships

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences

Strong problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)

Project Management (PMP) or related certifications

ITIL Certifications
