CHI Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver excellence in patient care by assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. You will participate in maintaining quality, cost‑effectiveness, and guest relations while providing patient care in compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and Texas nursing practice standards. Responsibilities
Provide patient care in a high‑acuity, one‑to‑five RN to patient ratio environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for LVAD and transplant patients. Education / Certification / Licensure
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within 2 years of hire (preferred) Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas (required) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required) Experience
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (required) Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations (required) Where You’ll Work
