Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver excellence in patient care by assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, establishing goals, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. You will participate in maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations. Patient care will be performed in compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and Texas nursing standards.

Education / Certification / Licensure

Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma (required)

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 2 years from date of hire; current employees grandfathered before July 2020.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas (required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required)

Job Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience (required)

Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire (required)

RN to patient ratio 1:5
