Network Construction Manager

with our telecommunications client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay is listed below; actual pay will be based on skills and experience and discussed with your recruiter. Base pay range : $40.00/hr - $44.82/hr Position details: 6-month contract; W2 contract, no PTO, no benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Description: Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the fiber Network Construction team including creating POs, creating CMs, reviewing invoices for accuracy, reviewing splice packages from Fiber Engineering, and fiber splicing within the assigned geographic area. Work with all team members on improving the quality of the billing processes, deliverables and the end-to-end splicing process. Engage in area data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting; understand operational business functions and processes. Maintain open communication across all areas of the business; work as a unit while building, implementing, and restoring or maintaining services; align with the company vision and values. Deliver key KPIs for area of responsibility including OpEx spend, MTTR, % On-Time Install, fiber complete for small cell, and installed enterprise revenue. Support the Network Construction Implementation team with assigned tasks, projects and related activities such as correspondence, administrative tasks (POs, CM’s and invoicing), tracking project deliverables, dates and deadlines, and providing regular reports highlighting variances. Responsibilities

Prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices for splicing functions. Assist with project financials and milestone management, including forecasting, issuing and receiving vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, tracking and resolving past-due invoices. Provide additional administrative support as required. Communicate issues to management before reaching critical status. Develop progress reports, track progress and identify/resolve obstacles. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests. Review splice packages and distribute as necessary. Communicate with vendors concerning splicing work and billing. Order police for splicing activity. Understand service delivery and small cell requirements for close-out packages. Education/Certifications

High School degree or equivalent A valid driver’s license required Experience/Minimum Requirements

Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience; preferably with small cell.
