Responsibilities
Perform all tasks related to landscape enhancement which include installation of hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees, as well as completing basic irrigation and drainage tasks, and other duties as assigned Must be able to take direction, lead, delegate, train, and support others in a positive and patient manner Ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work Safe use of diverse landscape tools and equipment such as jackhammers, skid steers, compactors, trencher, blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc. Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard, and company vehicles Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles Follow job site and vehicle safety procedures Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Branch Manager Experience in leading a landscape enhancement team is required for this position Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to problem solve Well-rounded background in landscape renovations and installations Professional in appearance and actions Ability to communicate with and provide excellent customer service to our clients Detail-oriented and quality driven Must be well organized with an ability to multi-task Education And Experience / Licenses
2+ years of landscaping and hardscape experience required Experience in the safe use of various types of landscape power equipment Valid CA Driver's License required Physical Requirements
Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand and walk long distances throughout your working day Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds Seniority level
