headquarters. Role Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment Define clear expectations and priorities by setting challenging but achievable goals and performance metrics for individuals and the team Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering rigor Facilitate success through prioritization, planning and effective resource utilization Develop new Air filtration products by driving design, development, and commercialization from concept to launch Ensure products meet performance, cost, quality, and schedule requirements using structured development processes Collaborate with product management and sales to translate market requirements into product specifications Organize engineering efforts to support existing production, cost reduction, quality improvement, and performance enhancement projects Utilize robust change management processes and support operations, supply chain and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and high product quality Champion modern engineering tools (e.g., CAD, FEA, CFD, PLM) and data-driven decision making Promote Design for Manufacturing, risk analysis and mitigation, PPAP, DVPR and other engineering excellence initiatives Travel

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or related discipline 7+ years of progressive engineering experience in product development, preferably with a phase-gate approach 3+ years of supervisory or management experience with demonstrated leadership Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of prior managerial experience leading engineers Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, testing methodologies, and product development processes Filtration product engineering knowledge and experience Aerospace and Defense market experience including familiarity with AS9100, FAA PMA and regulatory/validation requirements Master’s degree in a relevant field Effective in using standard office software and project management tools Strong customer focus and communication skills at all levels Ability to make timely decisions and reduce ambiguity in direction Experience in a matrix environment and partnering with cross-unit teams Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification Proficient in product cost analysis, budgeting and financial calculations Relocation

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Annual Salary Range

$134,800 - $178,700. Actual salaries vary based on experience, training, and performance. Incentives

This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth. Benefits
