This position offers the opportunity to work within Roche's Core Lab business, providing accurate and timely diagnostic support to healthcare providers. You will: Perform technical repairs and maintenance on Roche products Offer on-site service and support to laboratory customers Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues Document activities and contribute to quality improvements This role requires daily travel within the Nashville area, with up to 25% overnight travel. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Nashville, TN. Qualifications
High school diploma plus 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in repairing mechanical/system hardware and software, or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of experience Training or certification as per RD Services Leadership policies Ability to travel, including overnight stays Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience Strong knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and IT Ability to support after-hours and maintain customer relationships Additional Details
