The firm seeks Civil Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and a Civil Engineering Department Manager with well‑rounded experience in civil engineering and expertise in Transportation, Water Resources, and Municipal Engineering. Responsibilities
Serve as Hydraulic Engineer on municipal, state, and federally funded infrastructure projects, overseeing all technical aspects of the design. Work on Transportation, Municipal, and Water Resources projects, including roadway design, hydrology and hydraulics, river hydraulics, bridge hydraulics and scour, flood studies, drainage studies, storm and sanitary sewer modeling, storm water management, and environmental permitting. Possibly perform project management, client management, mentoring junior engineers, and support of Project Engineers and Project Managers. Lead design teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders as needed. Maintain licensure requirements and ensure compliance with CT regulations; CT P.E. license is preferred. Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering. 5 years of related civil engineering experience. Licensure as a Professional Engineer in Connecticut or the ability to obtain within one year. Demonstrated leadership experience and successful teamwork. Exemplary communication skills, including verbal, written, and public presentation abilities. Benefits and How to Apply
