Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Provide direct therapy services that address speech, language, and communication goals Collaborate effectively with teachers and school personnel to implement accommodations and support student learning Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to help set appropriate student goals Offer guidance and resources to families to support therapy at home Qualifications

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Knowledge of IEP processes and related educational regulations Benefits
