Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies Inc. is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon. We are a nonprofit outpatient clinic dedicated to play‑based, relationship‑first therapy for children and teens.

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time: $79,191.67–$102,543.06 per year, with flexible 30–40 hour week.

Part‑time: $54.81–$76.96 per client hour, 20–30 hour week.

Paid time off: 5+ weeks per year.

Loan forgiveness eligibility (nonprofit status).

Admin support to focus on therapy.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 Occupational Therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21).

Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.

Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.

Share strategies and tools to support families at home.

Maintain timely documentation of client treatment notes and reports.

What You’ll Need

Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.

State of Oregon Occupational Therapy license.

CPR certification.

Experience working in pediatrics preferred.

Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.

Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.

Love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.

Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Evaluate individuals to determine need for therapy services.

Develop and implement treatment plans; administer individualized therapy services.

Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner.

Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education.

Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.

Provide guidance and support resources to clients and families.
