Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Oregon City, Oregon. The position can be full-time or part-time and focuses on pediatric outpatient therapy.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
Keep documentation up to date and manageable with team support.
What You’ll Need
Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
CPR certification.
Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
Ability to utilize a play-based approach and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
Responsibilities
Evaluate individuals 0–21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
Develop and implement treatment plans and administer therapy services.
Complete client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner to meet requirements.
Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support goals.
Collaborate with the client’s care team and provide guidance and resources to families.
