Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Home is seeking an experienced RN for our Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator position.
This is a Monday - Friday Management role.
Summary of Responsibilities: • Ensures accurate MDS completion in accordance with state and federal regulations. • Reviews Medicare charts to determine coverage and communicates care documentation to staff. • Conducts team meetings to discuss care planning. • Provides information to Medicare intermediaries, MassPro, or other insurance providers. • Performs PRI's as requested. • Provides PEN Therapy usage forms monthly and certifications as required for gastrostomy feedings. • Monitors necessary documentation for bed use. • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
