Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (RN)

PLUS: Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator Health Insurance : Several Options to choose from Weekly Pay Additional Benefits : Dental, Vision, Voluntary dental, life, and disability insurance + Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Ensures accurate MDS completion in accordance with state and federal regulations. Review Medicare charts to determine coverage and communicate aspects of care to staff for documentation. Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning. Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. Requirements of the Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator: Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Prior MDS / Clinical Reimbursement experience. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred Exceptional critical thinking skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults. Candidates must have 3-4 years of prior Reimbursement/MDS experience. Education:
Associates or better in Nursing. Bachelors or better in Nursing preferred. Experience:
1-2 years of CRC/MDS experience in a long-term care setting. Licenses & Certifications:
