Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Home is seeking an experienced RN for our Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator position.

This is a Monday - Friday management role.

Summary of Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate MDS completion in accordance with state and federal regulations. • Review Medicare charts to determine coverage and communicate care documentation to staff. • Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning. • Provide information to Medicare intermediaries, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers as requested. • Perform PRI's when requested. • Submit PEN Therapy usage forms monthly and certifications as required for gastrostomy feedings. • Monitor necessary documentation for bed use. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
