Senior Electrical Project Manager (Data Center) We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers for a confidential data center client, with potential growth into a director‑level position.

Responsibilities

Provide safety leadership across projects.

Administer contracts efficiently.

Set up and organize projects effectively.

Coordinate and schedule site labor.

Manage budgeting and estimating tasks.

Handle documentation, submittals, and O&M manuals.

Coordinate purchasing and subcontract agreements.

Track production progress.

Ensure quality control and assurance.

Control project costs and manage billing.

Forecast project costs and completion timelines.

Manage project change orders.

Oversee project closeout procedures.

Facilitate internal and external communication.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience in High Tech or Mission Critical Data Center construction.

Experience in electrical construction, preferably with an electrical contractor.

Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.

Experience in medium to high voltage environments.

Strong management and human relations skills.

Excellent financial analytical capabilities.

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00/yr.
