Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects. Coordinate with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, field personnel, and clients. Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, local codes, and safety standards. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Prepare and present progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project plans. Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchasing teams. Resolve project-related issues, delays, or technical problems promptly. Ensure timely project closeout including documentation, inspections, and customer handoff. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, AND/OR Journeyman or Master Electrician license, AND/OR PMP or similar project manager certification. Experience Level
Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr. Benefits
100% ESOP – we are 100% employee owned. The ESOP operates as a retirement plan for our employees. The typical contribution of stock and/or cash to an employee’s account has been WELL over 20% the last 5 years. NECA-IBEW Pension Trust Fund – we contribute 5% of an employee’s salary. The net benefit payout per month is 1% of the balance of all prior contributions made. NEBF Pension – we contribute 3% of an employee’s salary. The net benefit payout per month is $33 times the years of service. Health, dental, vision insurance is 100% employer funded for employee AND family through the NECA-IBEW Welfare Trust Fund 401k Plan – no company match (ESOP is better than any match) 2 weeks PTO per year 6 sick days per year 8 paid holidays per year Incentive – subject to company performance.
