Overview
The Strategy Analyst is a pivotal role that helps connect vision to execution across Pizza Hut US. Partnering closely with the Director of Strategy, Sr. Manager of Strategic Planning, Finance, and cross-functional teams, this role blends analytics, project management, and strategic storytelling to ensure alignment and impact. Key Responsibilities
Analytics: Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Build data-driven insights and recommendations that guide business decisions. Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor initiative performance and accountability. Project & Stakeholder Management: Support end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives—from planning through implementation. Manage initiative portfolios, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track. Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, follow-up actions, and status updates to leadership. Strategy & Communication: Develop clear, compelling presentations, pre-reads, and materials for leadership discussions. Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations through storytelling. Act as a thought partner to the Director of Strategy and Sr. Manager, providing input on both tactical and strategic priorities. Team & Culture: Contribute to a collaborative, purpose-driven team culture. Share feedback, ideas, and improvements that help evolve team systems and ways of working. Embrace a learning mindset—adapting quickly, asking questions, and seeking clarity to drive results. Required Qualifications
You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 5+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, or project management (experience in a product-driven organization preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize insights quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to create high-quality visual presentations. Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define milestones and outcomes independently. Salary Range: $96,700 - $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Final pay will consider location, experience, and other job-related factors. About Us
