Client is seeking a Project Manager (Level 3) to join our Commercial New Business, Strategy and Asset Management Team in Dallas, TX Position Responsibilities

Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities. Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives. Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizations. Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints. Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products. Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement. Provides coaching, mentoring and leadership to lower level employees. Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

5 years of project management experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders. 5 years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools. 5 years of Integrated Scheduling tools and processes experience. Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

5 years of experience with MS Office applications (PWA, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 5 years of experience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI). 5 years of experience with program oversight & metrics reporting. Experience working in supply chain, a manufacturing environment, on airplane programs or supporting the production system. Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals. Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education / Experience

Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
