Job Description PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Methods Process Analyst 3 in Portland, OR. Our contractors will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, and utilizing root‑cause analysis and process improvements to improve flow of products and people throughout the site. Candidates will engage with manufacturing, engineering, and production‑supporting organizations and should be a self‑starter and collaborative team player.
Our business unit offers learning across all aspects of aerospace manufacturing, including supply chain logistics, transportation, fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies, and delivery to assembly and installation programs worldwide.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business‑related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environments.
3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Preferred Skills
Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
3+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.
Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
Proficient in structured problem solving and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education / Experience Match the requirements listed under Required Skills.
