The Concierge Coordinator provides outstanding customer service to hospital patients and visitors, connecting them to resources, scheduling appointments, and ensuring comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with primary care and specialists; connect patients to resources (e.g., Medicaid, food stamps). Greet and welcome patients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Assist in comforting patients by addressing anxieties and answering questions. Record patient information for follow-up. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction through excellent care. Qualifications
High School Diploma required. Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to read work orders and follow verbal instructions. Positive attitude (SMILE). Excellent customer service skills. Benefits
