Lead weekly Population Health and Clinical Operations project management meetings to coordinate key initiatives Manage and maintain the business process project plan, ensuring timely deliverables Provide weekly updates and reports to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions addressing operational needs Drive successful clinical systems migrations within the organization What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of project management or program management experience Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools Experience working with diverse groups in matrix-managed environments PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Population Health initiatives Proven track record of successfully leading clinical systems migrations Experience with TruCare clinical systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
