Oversees all warehousing operations, including receiving, product put-away, deliveries, e-commerce processing, replenishments, and inventory management, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of products Leads supervisory staff and maintains overall facility responsibility; drives continuous improvement and safety initiatives Conducts regular one-on-ones and performance reviews; provides ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports Recognizes high performance and enforces company policies on safety, attendance, and professionalism in collaboration with HR and management Oversees employee training on inbound, delivery, and inventory procedures, including SOPs and equipment use Develops cross-training plans and ensures adequate staffing coverage in coordination with supervisors Manages inbound and outbound operations—receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and fulfillment—aligned with KPIs Maintains facility organization, dock cleanliness, and completion of monthly inspections in the digital system Leads safety initiatives and coordinates facility maintenance; reports issues to management and corporate Ensures compliance with PIE (Powered Industrial Equipment) safety and certifications; coordinates maintenance and training as needed Manages delivery routes and communicates exceptions to relevant stakeholders Ensures inbound freight processing within SOPs for Bills of Lading, damage documentation, and freight counts Maintains alignment between system and physical item locations; oversees stock put-away and replenishment Performs consolidation tasks and resolves negative location discrepancies Enforces SOPs for picking, staging, labeling, and product integrity prior to loading Verifies transfer documentation and loading accuracy; monitors the in-process queue Manages barcode printers and maintains label supply inventory; proficient in company systems for data entry and routine administrative tasks Performs other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience 6+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or related operations 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within a warehouse or distribution environment Experience with ISO quality systems, LEAN, and Six Sigma principles Background in manufacturing and/or distribution with hands-on experience in ERP and Traffic Management Systems (TMS) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full-time position may require 40+ hours per week and involves regular physical activity, including: Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs. Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily) Routine bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift Visual demands include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment What We Offer
