Teachers Federal Credit Union Summary The Fraud Detections Analyst role supports the strategic development and execution of early fraud detection, prevention, and mitigation while supporting member growth and reduced consumer friction. Education And/or Experience Associates degree or a minimum of four years’ fraud experience Minimum two years financial fraud experience required Job Responsibilities Performs daily reviews of multi transaction types, conducting research, while making appropriate notes supporting next step decisions Helps to detect and prevent potential fraud across all payment channels Conducts research on individuals and entities utilizing public domain and database search services Escalates potential suspicious activity after thorough review, and research Enters cases of possible fraud into system Organize documents submitted comprising of transactions and notes from staff; analyzing nature and severity of possible fraud and referring to the Fraud Investigations team Recognize patterns of fraud and suggest new methods of detection, mitigation, and prevention Assist with the implementation of new processes and software solutions Exercise good judgement to independently resolve problems that require in depth research Actively participate in team meetings, share information, and make suggestions for improvements to fraud operations Performs other duties as assigned Benefits Of Joining The Teachers Team Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays Fully-funded pension plan 401(k) company contribution Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers Salary range:
