This role is part of Raytheon’s Freight & Fleet Management team. The selected candidate will work across multiple sites and interact with Logistics, EHS, Security, and Facilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role focuses on interpreting logistics data to provide solutions that reduce service level commitments, improve process flows, and gain efficiencies within logistics processes. Locations for this position include McKinney, TX and Andover MA. Note: This listing may reflect role definitions and eligibility as described by the posting and RTX policy. What You Will Do

Lead DOT Compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Manage driver qualification program and lead strategy to maintain FMCSA compliance. Maintain Fleet control tower by collecting data and developing industry-standard fleet metrics. Data management and upkeep including asset details, driver manager contact, and cost center details. Oversee fuel purchase cards and driver fuel pins; ensure each vehicle has a current and active fuel card. Partner with Raytheon functional leaders to lead on-road safety and regulatory programs. Coordinate with driver supervisors and fleet leaders to promote a culture of safety in on-road operations. Coordinate accident investigation and response processes and guide leadership through post-incident closeout. Execute problem solving for moderately complex issues and develop solutions to enhance performance. Demonstrate strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Harmonize freight and fleet best practices across Raytheon Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Logistics teams. Develop and manage key performance metrics to drive carrier/3PL performance and transportation costs. Establish continuous improvement initiatives and leverage CORE to influence change. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of 49 CFR and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree with minimum three (3) years of experience. Experience with Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations. U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer

Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP. Experience in developing and delivering fleet or transportation training. Knowledge of additional compliance regulations relevant to defense logistics and DOT fleet management. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with prioritization and implementation skills.
