The

Third Party Administrator Governance Business Analyst

will report to the TPA Relationship Manager responsible for the oversight of external vendors. This role supports day-to-day management of relationships to ensure service delivery meets expectations, risks are effectively controlled, and reporting/governance processes are followed. It requires building close working relationships with external partners and within Corebridge across business units and functions, including Internal Audit, Compliance and Legal. Responsibilities

Provide oversight as Relationship Manager for Third Party vendors. Monitor and report the status of the Performance Standards (SLAs) and Quality Metrics. Create Executive communications and materials aimed at Companywide audiences. Serve as Corebridge Trusted Supervisor and manage a centralized process designed to control nonemployee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, recertifications, and other worker profile reviews and actions. Enhance existing reporting and analyze data utilizing Excel to track performance trends and ensure governance over Third Party contractual agreements. Skills And Qualifications

5+ years of related experience is preferred Customer focused, with a background in Life and Annuity business. Strong project management, with ability to work on multiple items simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Confident communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with autonomy, independently executes on assignments, including planning, implementation and reporting on the results. Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges Work Location
