Overview
Reporting to the Director of Broadcast Production, Operations & Services, the Broadcast Operations & Services Planning Specialist will support the planning and delivery of broadcast for the FIFA World Cup 2026, with a focus on project management tools, administration, and documentation. Responsibilities
Administer and maintain project management platforms and file systems used for broadcast planning and delivery. Ensure timely and accurate data input across planning tools, including task tracking and milestone updates. Assist in the development, documentation, and rollout of broadcast operations processes. Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment with broadcast delivery timelines and dependencies. Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of broadcast documentation. Provide administrative and operational support during live tournament operations, assist with issue logging, resolution tracking, and coordination between venue operations and central broadcast operations. Support the post-event documentation and knowledge capture process. Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of higher education Minimum 6 years of experience in event or project management, preparation, and planning Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects across preparation, planning, and delivery; experience on major sports events or FIFA events is an asset Fluent in English (written and spoken) Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools Experience with administration of project management tools Experience with management of SharePoint sites is an asset Details
