What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improving user experience
Participate in all agile ceremonies and support the division’s agile transformation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Strong dynamic communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions in the insurance sector
Knowledge of underwriting, insurance product launches, or policy administration systems
Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
