Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption Monitor usage and assess user data to improve user experience Participate in or facilitate all agile ceremonies and support the agile transformation within the division Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus Preferred Qualifications
