With 200+ locations across the U.S. and private equity backing, this company is scaling with heart — blending innovation and compassion in a deeply human, highly regulated service industry.

We’re helping them hire regional managers to lead multi-site operations in key U.S. markets. You’ll report to an area vice president and oversee 12–20 service locations, providing field-based leadership to market leaders, general managers, and location leaders. This is a remote role requiring frequent travel — typically 50% or more — to sites within your assigned region.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role — with full responsibility for operational excellence, financial performance, team development, customer experience, and compliance across your assigned region. Travel is frequent, and your presence in the field will be a cornerstone of your leadership.

Colorado (ideally in or near the Denver area, with ability to travel throughout Colorado)

What you’ll own

Direct leadership of 12–20 regulated service locations through a team of local leaders (market leaders, GMs, and location managers)

Full P&L ownership, labor management, and execution of operational KPIs (including service, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction)

Performance coaching and development of field leaders to build strong, accountable, high-performing teams

In-field leadership — regularly visiting locations to engage teams, drive performance, and solve problems

Collaboration with senior leadership and support functions to roll out tools, improve systems, and drive scalable growth

Community and partner engagement to support visibility, reputation, and referral relationships

Lead continuous improvement efforts across your region — identifying bottlenecks, standardizing best practices, and driving operational excellence

What you bring

7+ years in field-based multi-unit leadership roles (e.g., district manager, regional manager, multi-unit GM, area ops leader)

Experience leading regulated, customer-facing service locations (e.g., healthcare, dental, diagnostics, wellness, fitness, senior living, veterinary, food service, retail)

Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L across multiple locations

Proven ability to drive improved performance across multi-site operations while building compassionate, accountable teams

A balance of operational rigor and empathetic leadership — you care deeply about both the numbers and the people behind them

Proven success leading leaders — coaching GMs or site leaders, not just frontline teams

Empathy, agility, and a deep commitment to high standards and service excellence

Comfortable with frequent regional travel and regular field presence

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for candidates with applicable experience
