In this key role, you will report to the Chief Franchise Officer and collaborate closely with the Franchise Development and Franchise Operations teams. The Lead Generation Representative focuses on identifying, contacting and qualifying potential franchisees to generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline through cold calling (a minimum of 100 calls per week). You will use LinkedIn and alternate social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research and contact potential clients, generate new franchisee sales opportunities and qualify leads. Candidates with experience in cold calling are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities
Craft messaging and campaigns that highlight the franchise opportunity’s unique value proposition across multiple channels—including LinkedIn, cold calls, emails and social media—to introduce GPS and the franchise opportunity.
Target prospects by using data‑driven insights to define ideal “qualified” candidate profiles while focusing on individuals with financial capacity, entrepreneurial mindset and cultural fit.
Lead prospective buyers through a structured engagement funnel—from initial inquiry to signing day—while assessing readiness, motivation, alignment and culture fit.
Collaborate with the Director of Franchise Development and team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, and refine targeting strategies and lead‑source effectiveness based on conversion data to improve lead‑generation quality and efficiency.
Contact prospects through various channels—including cold calls, emails and social media—to introduce Galt and its franchise offerings.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for Galt’s franchisees, using predefined criteria.
Capture and update prospect data and interactions in the CRM system to ensure Franchise Development can respond promptly and effectively.
Contribute to the overall franchisee sales pipeline by consistently generating a steady flow of potential new business.
Participate in weekly check‑ins with the Chief Franchise Officer to review progress, milestones and expectations.
Provide progress reports to the Chief Franchise Officer, CEO and other stakeholders, documenting key milestones and ensuring effective communication as needed.
Stay current with new prospective trends and Galt product offerings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or Marketing preferred.
1–2 years in Inside Sales, cold calling or relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency with LinkedIn and other prospecting tools.
Strong communication skills necessary for outreach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint) and internet research.
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics or other CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales progress preferred.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages, conducting discovery calls and building relationships.
Results‑driven, organized and possess a resilient attitude.
Ability to manage a high volume of activity, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be proactive and able to handle rejection, which is a common part of cold outreach and lead generation.
