PLAN & PREPARE:
Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end PRIORITIZE:
Control project from pre-construction to commissioning LEAD:
Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams PERFORM:
Provide the contracted scope within budget and time schedules SERVICE:
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, partners, and team members What You’ll Need
EXPERIENCED:
Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous construction project management experience is required A LEADER:
Ability to guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams A COMMUNICATOR:
Effective verbal and written communication to varied audiences ADAPTABLE:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities What We Offer
