Are you a meticulous organizer looking to be part of the fast-paced world of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and help manage facility assessment projects. Founded in 1973, ISG is a multi-disciplinary, full-service architecture and engineering firm, supporting clients throughout the nation. As a Facility Assessment Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our team to produce comprehensive reports that identify a building’s maintenance and improvement needs for the client. This role requires strong organization and communication skills to keep projects on track, on budget, and up to ISG standards. In this role, you will work closely with Thad Dahling, Facility Management and Planning Strategist, and you will support our team of architects, engineers, technical writers and business development specialists to deliver high-quality assessments to the client. $60,000 - $80,000 / year Responsibilities
Maintain and update data related to potential future project opportunities Develop compelling marketing materials for client-facing project interviews Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate meeting agendas and project timelines Oversee and track action items across internal teams to ensure timely execution Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating client needs Represent internal team priorities and advocate for their needs to both the Project Manager and client Monitor the status and performance of all facility assessment projects Support internal teams in delivering high-quality project deliverables Conduct final quality assurance reviews of deliverables prior to client submission Qualifications
2+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction-related roles Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Outstanding organizational and communication skills – a key strength for this role Strong sense of ownership and accountability in work Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various project stages ISG Employee Ownership Benefits
