Job Opportunity: Plant Operator at Gopher Resource

We are dedicated to making the world a better place by recycling lead-based batteries safely and efficiently across North America. As a Plant Operator, you will work with team members to meet goals and ensure safety. Initial training is provided, and schedules typically include 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts (approximately 6pm-6am). An alternate 10-hour schedule may also be available, rotating between 4 days on/4 days off and 5 days on/3 days off, with shifts from approximately 2am-12pm or 4am-2pm. Compensation and Perks
Starting Pay:
$36.52/hour for the overnight shift Scheduled Pay Increase:

Follow all standard operating procedures at your assigned work area Operate heavy mobile equipment safely and properly Maintain a clean and well-functioning work environment Support team members and work collaboratively Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Pass pre-employment assessments including background checks, drug screening, and physical exam Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing preferred but not required Experience operating mobile equipment preferred but not required Proficient in English reading, writing, and math skills Physical Requirements
