Flight Nurse – Mesa, AZ
Full time/Direct Hire | $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

This is more than just a job — it’s a calling. As a Flight Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of emergency care, providing rapid response and advanced medical support to patients in need.
Schedule
24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced pre-hospital and inter-facility critical care transport via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground
Perform complex patient assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency interventions during stabilization and transport
Accurately document patient care and transport details
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams
Stay current on training, competencies, clinical rotations, and continuing education
Support community outreach and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
Active RN license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 3 years of current critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred)
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma certification (TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS required; NRP and instructor certifications preferred)
CFRN required within 24 months of hire
Flight or transport experience preferred
Must meet weight restrictions (under 235 lbs) and pass pre-placement physical, lift test, and drug screen
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$93,000 – $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
