As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless operations that keep patients safe while working alongside some of the most skilled clinicians and aviation professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities
Perform specialized assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency treatment of patients transported by rotor‑wing, fixed‑wing, and/or ground.
Accurately document assessments, treatments, and billing information.
Maintain timely communication with management, colleagues, and external partners.
Participate in PR and community outreach initiatives.
Attend mandatory meetings, skill labs, clinical rotations, and ongoing training.
Maintain certifications and meet all annual competency requirements.
Provide care under the licensure of the program’s Medical Director.
Adhere to state regulations and department scope of practice.
Qualifications
Active
RN license
in the state of employment.
3+ years
(5+ preferred) of critical care/emergency experience.
Current
BLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications, plus
TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS
.
NRP
and instructor certifications preferred.
CFRN certification
within 24 months of hire.
Flight or transport experience preferred.
Must meet weight restrictions and pass pre-placement physical/drug screening.
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency required.
Compensation & Benefits Earnings:
$97,452 – $139,208 annually ($28.73 – $41.01/hour)
Bonuses & Incentives
Sign-On Bonus up to $25,000
(with overtime, bonus potential up to $50,000)
HTS Bonus (Quarterly – up to 20% annually after the first year)
Annual Safety Bonus & Employee Bonus
