RN - Primary Outpatient Care - Local Contract - Local Contract at
WCS Healthcare Partners . This is a full-time, 1–3 year contract opportunity in NY for an RN in a Primary Care outpatient setting within federally qualified health care clinics. Responsibilities
Day Shift, 9am – 5pm Interview patients for health history, including current complaints and past/present medications; document patient charts with time stamps/initials Maintain patient medical records and chart nursing observations, vital signs, test reactions (e.g., PPD, in-house testing) and other pertinent information Prepare equipment and assist the physician during treatments and examinations Initiate follow-up as necessary; educate patients on healthcare issues as directed by the physician, diagnosis, or patient inquiries Assess and triage patients as they present, by telephone or in person Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 1 – 3 years of experience in an FQHC or fast-paced outpatient/community health setting Registered Nurse – NYS license, CPR Certification, Infection Control Certification Employment Details
Employment type: Full-time Location: New York (NY) region Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Note:
