Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. Provide care with resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD; work autonomously within a company that prioritizes patients and values ingenuity, courage, community and FUN. Engage in non-production-based compensation and participate in a team that supports ongoing learning, development, and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner At least 2 years of experience, preferably in primary care or family medicine Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification Independent practice provider preferred, where allowed by state regulation Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability CPR/BLS certification required at start date Experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred Physician Assistant At least 2 years of experience, preferably in primary care or family medicine Active license & current NCCPA board certification Independent practice provider preferred, where allowed by state regulation Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability CPR/BLS certification required at start date Experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred Pay
Pay Range: $130,000 - $145,000/yr The actual offer may vary depending on location and years of experience. Benefits Summary
