Coordinate fertility plans and medications with both patients and physicians.

Ensure process efficiency by resolving customer issues and following up with customers.

Outreach to patients regarding payment declines or cost discrepancies.

Set up medication reshipments and research issues to provide solutions.

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED required.

Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday rotation and varied shifts.
