Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact
Utilize product knowledge to help clients understand the value and ROI of their investments
Evaluate account health to identify opportunities and risks, developing strategic plans to enhance client engagement
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client success
Provide customized product training sessions to client groups and assist in resolving complex issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of customer success operations in a technology-driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
Preferred Qualifications
Background in business consulting, operations, or marketing within a franchise system
In-depth knowledge of SaaS software or similar analytical tools
Experience managing strategic accounts and driving customer engagement in a SaaS environment
