Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships with clients Identify performance improvement opportunities and share best practices Foster collaboration between clients to enhance customer engagement and success Act as a trusted advisor to ensure optimal adoption of technology and alignment with operational priorities Develop product utilization narratives to illustrate return on investment and identify new opportunities for value realization Qualifications
Prior health plan experience and exposure to healthcare organizations Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a high sense of urgency Post-secondary education required; experience with SaaS or EHR is an asset Preferred Qualifications
