Advancement Coordinator
One Hope United is seeking an Advancement Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative and project support to the Vice President of External & Government Affairs and the broader marketing communications, fundraising, and event/outreach team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and track action items.
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Assist with donor outreach and stewardship communications (letters, emails, thank‑you notes).
Maintain and update donor and prospect records in the CRM database (Bloomerang).
Coordinate content and materials for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media as directed.
Provide administrative and on‑site support for fundraising events, donor gatherings, and community outreach activities.
Track event RSVPs, prepare guest lists, and manage logistics (venue, catering, AV).
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders; maintain organized files.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a nonprofit, marketing, or fundraising setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with donor databases or CRMs (Bloomerang) a plus.
Event planning or marketing support experience preferred.
