Summary
The Account Manager oversees daily operations at an assigned valet parking location, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, maintaining client relationships, and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance. Serve as primary contact for property stakeholders, fostering trust and identifying growth opportunities. Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses, working with the Regional Director on cost control. Recruit, train, coach associates, setting clear expectations and modeling professionalism. Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and account needs. Actively involve staff in decision-making, providing feedback, supporting skill development, and encouraging professional growth. Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Clean background check and acceptable motor vehicle record required. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 with bonus potential.
