Are you a results-driven sales leader ready to take ownership of a growing territory? As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll lead business growth efforts in your region, shaping sales strategies, mentoring a team, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. What You’ll Do
Lead sales growth – Develop and execute a strategic business development plan tailored to the region. Manage and mentor – Oversee and coach Business Development Executive(s), providing tools and training for success. Build client relationships – Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with clients and prospects to uncover new opportunities. Own the pipeline – Manage the regional sales funnel, ensuring leads move efficiently and CRM data is accurate. Stay market-savvy – Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine strategy and capture growth. Engage at the highest level – Lead client meetings, present value propositions, and negotiate contracts. Forecast with confidence – Analyze sales data and report progress toward quarterly and annual targets. Collaborate across teams – Partner with marketing, operations, and product groups to deliver seamless solutions. Drive performance – Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and achievement. Deliver results – Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas. What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of progressive experience in business development or B2B sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven ability to design and execute strategic sales plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executives and decision-makers. Experience coaching and motivating teams to hit targets. Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting. Willingness to travel within and outside the region on a weekly basis. Highly results-oriented with a consistent record of exceeding quotas. Seniority level
