Responsibilities
Develop budgets, track costs, and maintain spend plans and Estimate to Completes (ETCs)
Monitor project expenses and perform financial analysis to ensure projects stay within budget
Generate reports and prepare financial deliverables for forecasting and reporting
Assist project managers with cost report information and review procurement requisitions
Manage sub-contractor requirements and invoicing cycles
Qualifications
4-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of related work experience
Strong analytical skills and a dedication to accurate accounting and cost forecasting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with various types of contracts, including firm-fixed-price and cost-plus contracts
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
