What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop a comprehensive external communications and marketing strategy to support Infrastructure growth in the western North America region.
Collaborate with Business Development teams to plan and execute key marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and drive innovation.
Foster relationships with media to enhance positive coverage of the employer's projects and capabilities.
Track metrics to assess the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
5-7+ years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
Proven experience in media relations and press release writing.
Familiarity with the western North America Infrastructure market.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in proposal development and capture planning for the AEC industry.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to lead and influence teams while working collaboratively with diverse groups.
