About the Position
The Project Manager provides overall direction for multiple projects within our Technologies division with a focus on Building Management Systems. Project Managers have bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss and the authority to act accordingly. This is a national role requiring travel to project sites. Our Ideal Candidate

Oversee total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with project scope, budget and timeline. Coordinate communication among clients, general contractors, subcontractors, superintendents, general foremen, and union officials. Authorize and/or approve all project staff transactions including selection of superintendent, general foremen, foremen, staff levels and wages. Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions. Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals. Review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals; send invoices and change order requests. Assist in safety program implementation and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed. Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards; interpret policies. Maintain all official project documentation and logs. Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to projects. Minimum Qualifications
BS in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent in job experience or Building Management Systems technology field experience. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project. Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time. Knowledge of general construction standard practices. Experience with Estimating Software a plus. Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus. Salary Range
$80,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional travel pay and car allowance. Benefits
